indeed, i float ideas based on my own character, asin wings etc, and that is one of main aspects of game (flying)
linking a logo to the word triallion is hard with no input from mad

as there must be a meaning or reason behind it....i will look into it more, for now focus on fave fonts!

yh i read this group screenie idea in GC
sounds good to me, if we can all get online on one date, at a weekend probably
and get the regular players, me you, mad, chy, sun, cyph,reign and whoever else i have missed
then could get a cool group screenie i could edit nicely with motto and GuildName

in response to Weazel, I think the logo we currently have on the forum reflects the triallion name in a really good way, it shows exactly my frame of mind when I was thinking about the name. The name Triallion I made up for my computer when I first built it and I was thinking of a name that was powerful and also "out of this world" so to speak and I think that has been captured very well in the current forum logo. When I started the guild I named it after my computer.

thanks for the support and vote of confidence mad, i think having a really long header like long in width would be awesome....with every regular member silhoetted infront of the word TRIALLION...in the text used currently....this idea would be really easy for me to put together, every time a member is on and free i can ask them to meet in adc west somewhere and take a screenie of just them in whatever pose they like

then render and edit the screenie in photoshop to create the silhoette, then merge them all together in a line and voila!!!

sounds good to me! and meets the interests of most the guild members wanting a guild screenie lol

I don't think you should worry about the names, it will just make it look messy. What you have done so far is really looking good.

On the current forum logo it would be good if we had the guild motto on there as well. The guild motto being "The Power Of Many In One" but don't make it too big or it will crowd the logo. Play around and see what you come up with.

I have a suggestion.
I think it would be better when the banner background has the same color as the forum background and the logotext in black.
Because you get now a rectangle box like the old banner. With same background it looks like a part of the forum theme without shapes.
Another possibility is the logotext in white and the chars black in the background.

If you don't know what i mean, u can post the .psd here and i can show you.
