Well there seems to be new quest(daily just like rosa) out there hers what to do:

1st - Buy 22 Red Packet from Merchandizer(2nd Choice there)(1.1k each).
2nd - Meet those CNY Elder to get some exp and sp(depends on lvl) + 1coin in dumpling from each npc
