using military eq

My question is:

is it possible to wear military stuff of someone else?
for example mad buys grade 4 or 5 eq and gives it to me... or is that stuff soulbound?

I guess otherwise all stall were full of that incredible eq

the grade 2 military armor you get from an NPC in dream searching port but you can't get it till you level 60

Unfortunally it's a philippines version means all names are different, but I think you'll understand that.

If you have problems with philippines races here a little translation:

Wu Xia = Warrior
Fa Shih = Mage
Yao Shou = Werebeast
Yao Jing = Werefox
Yu Mang = Elf Archer
Yu Ling = Elf Priest
